Ready to get started? Here's how:

1. Prepare Your Files

​Images must be sized to the exact output size (see sizes in the price chart).
Please use Adobe 1998 colour space and supply FLATTENED TIF files.
ALL images uploaded must be the same bit order (8-bit or 16-bit)
Note: We do not print borderless and we will not correct image files
​or supply test prints.

2. Send Your Files

Send your files to us via HighTail.
We currently do not accept files via other delivery method
(i.e. WeTransfer, Google Drive links, etc.) in efforts to
avoid issues with access or password protection.

3. Settle Your Invoice

Once we receive your files we will prepare an invoice and email it to you
with instructions on how to submit pre-payment.
We get started on your order as soon as payment is received!

4. Pick-Up

Once the order is complete, we will e-mail you to let you know your
prints are ready for pick-up, usually within one week.
